A dry white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, grown in the hills of Sancerre in the Loire Valley, France. Elegant and mineral, with aromas of green apple, citrus blossom, and flint. On the palate it’s crisp, precise, and beautifully balanced, with a long, clean finish.
Produced by the Berthier family — fifth-generation winegrowers dedicated to sustainable and organic viticulture — this Sancerre captures the purity and tension of its terroir: chalk and flint soils that give the wine its freshness and distinctive minerality.
