Made from 100% Chardonnay, grown on limestone-rich slopes in the single vineyard Champs Cervin.
Fermented and aged in old French oak barrels with minimal intervention, preserving freshness and texture.
Notes of green apple, citrus blossom, and toasted almond, leading to a silky palate with bright acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
Elegant and precise — a graceful example of modern artisan Burgundy.
