Same Day Delivery - Flowers Only

- orders until 14:00 - Orders received after this time will be processed for the next
available delivery slot.
- In any case, you can contact the store to look for an option to send flowers for the
same day.
Other Products: 5-7 business Days
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Time: We will do our best to deliver your Goods at the specified time.
However, please note that delivery times may be impacted by weather, traffic or other factors
outside our control.
Failed Deliveries: In the event that we cannot complete the Delivery due to unforeseen

Refund Policy:
- There is no guarantee for how long the flowers will last in your home / offices since it
depends on many variables such as weather.
- A bouquet of flowers can last from two days to a week from the day the delivery is received
- We recommend you to look for our "product care" instructions we offer in order to preserve
the flowers for a longer time
- There is no refund for the flowers bouquets
If you’d like to return an item (flowers not included) from your order,

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its new state with its original packaging within
7 days from the date of receipt (for orders placed online) or the date of purchase where an
