Hidehisa Pointed Blade Bud Snipping Scissors “Pointy” have been designed for precision pruning. These “Pointy” scissors are ideal for pruning new buds, deadheading flowers, cutting succulents and bud thinning for fruit and vegetable growers. One of the most typical usages of this tool by Japanese gardeners is pruning pine leaves and removing new growth. This is a very common tool in Japanese gardening but not all scissors are the same. Some are only strong enough for leaves. But these Pointed Blade Bud Snipping Scissors “Pointy” are strong and reliable. Many garden professionals use both the tool and hands while thinning pine leaves and this tool is thin enough to keep them in your palm when you want to use hands.
